I think most of user reviews are made by Arvixe staff because I can not explain so much praise. If you want the slowest hosting company in the world…choose Arvixe! Trust me, i bought a plan now (03/20/2013) because of user reviews “Arvixe is awsome, arixe is excelent…blah blah blah…”. Your website speed will be incredibly lower (by the way for an european user. I think they have very old servers. I don’t know for U.S users.

Since 2006 with arvixe, Always Satisfied with support, price, All service items, Arvixe is the best, full off quality specifications that in most cases more than your requirements. I recommend arvixe.

Arvixe offers so many services at such a low price that other hosts can’t mach this. The customer service is perfect, I have never had an issue that they could not resolve. I have been using Arvixe as my host for a long time, and I have transfered my 2 other websites to Arvixe as add-on domains. None of my sites have been down after I ordered from Arvixe. Thank you!

Am not sure why Claudiu having a bad experience and also am not an employee of Arvixe. I have hosted a web site and its’ running successfully for past 4 months. No downtime yet and speed is very good. Their online support is very much appreciated. So far am happy with Arvixe..

We used another big company for hosting for almost a decade (GoDaddy) before switching to Arvixe a few years ago. What a difference! Arvixe costs less, our sites have far fewer technical problems, customer service is much better, their site is considerably easier to navigate & understand, and they provide a plethora of useful tools. No contest! We’ve recommended Arvixe to several other businesses in our area, and all seem to be just as happy with their service as we are.

Simply there is no question unanswered by arvixe support team. They helped me so much that many times i just email them to say thanks. Their support team has no match. For services I would say that they are not following their competitors perhaps. Like they should be giving everything that is required by middle size business class like me. Just follow the market or be innovative. But that doesn’t make much difference when you get what you pay for. Thanks Arvixe for being so professional in your work.

I like Arvixe because they provide excellent hosting at a very good price. I have never had an outage or any cause for concern. They have a very nice setup process that allowed me to get started right away without any help needed. I would highly recommend them for personal or business websites. They have a very nice and intuitive user panel to administer everything from. I am a satisfied customer and have been since 2012.

I migrated from PHP to .NET (ASP.Net MVC) and most of the hosting companies I tried sucked badly, especially when it comes to MVC. Then I read a recommendation in on of the forums to give Arvixe a try. So far I have four (4) websites of Arvixe’s .NET hosting platform, and I have been most satisfied. One of the great things about Arvixe is their online, live chat support. Their support staff are courteous and highly professional. OH and the unlimited EVERYTHING! Unlimited bandwidth and unlimited disk space! Isnt this what every webmaster desires? And they are true to their promises! Overall, I will pick Arvixe any day of the week! Try them. They rock (as long as you don’t abuse their CPU!)

I learned about Arvixe during a holiday sale price special. I figured not much spent, not much lost. Within minutes I was setup and within a day had my existing domain moved over and pointed to Arvixe. I’ve paid much more for far less service elsewhere. I am not an expert by any means and Arvixe support has coached me through several issues. I now have multiple domains connected to the same hosting account. I’ve been surprised that the service wasn’t discounted like the price. The tech support persons have always been easy to communicate with and don’t laugh at my lack of tech knowledge. I installed Open Cart E-Commerce Software on my domain and they assisted me through technical issues that were weren’t even their own issues. Thank you for helping me out and yes, I will gladly refer future business and friends to Arvixe.

I’ve been with Arvixe for 2 years and I’m fully satisfied. Technical support always answer rapidly to tickets, servers are stable and rarely down. Always been satisfied with answers provided. I had one intermittent problem with a server once and they’ve worked hardly for a week finding the problem and solving it. Great host!

I have been using Arvixe for over 2 years and have found even the basic packages are packed with so many features and control you will think you have your own dedicated server! Support has never let me down or passed the buck with the usual excuse “it’s your script” if something doesn’t work. Would recommend 100%

This is a better price while compared to others, but the worst host on service. A lot of the other reviews are spoofed!

I have been with Arvixe since March 2012, on their Personal Class Pro hosting, prepaid for two years. In that time, I have had minimal problems and 99% uptime, with some small delays caused when they moved servers and some due to server errors which were addressed by support promptly when contacted. I have always found the staff to be well mannered, courteous and knowledgeable. I’m looking forward to renewing in March 2014 for another two years with their very reasonable prices.

When other customers caused the Arvixe mail server to be black listed, Arvixe responded immediately and the problem was solved same day. They reacted quickly, cheerfully, and appropriately, with good communication as to what was happening.

Hello, I have 2 linux shared web hosting accounts with Arvixe. One month ago I was in need of dedicated IP for 3 of my sites as some advertisers were asking for different IP sites for their ads and I was losing revenue as all sites on shared account have same IP. I send a email to customer support and they told me to fund my account with $6 and send the domain names I did same and they added 3 addons and deducted the money from my account. later in the evening I got a email that that can’t be as my hosting account was on Linux this can be done only on Windows Hosting. I started a chat with Sales department and ask them to cancel those addons as they were of no use for me and refund the money to my hosting account, but to some confusion Sales department cancel those addons and refunded the money to my friend PayPal as from Indian I cant use Paypal fund to pay anyone. Then came Adam Bryner (QA/Technical Support Manager) of Arvixe he send me a email that he will help in this and in less then one hour he solved my problem. I am so grateful to him for his support and I am generating good revenue after that from those 3 sites. Long Live Adam Bryner. Long Live Arvixe.

Originally I went with arvixe for they’re cheap prices on hosting and buying multiple domains, so I didn’t expect great service for the money I was paying, this is not the case as the customer service and hosting its self I can’t fault, I now have 6/7 domains with them all running smoothly, there’s no doubt in my mind that I’ll be renewing with them at the end of the year!

They have the best support and lower prices. They are the best hosting company! When I had any problem with my hosting account, it doesn’t take more than 15 minutes to they RESOLVE that. They don’t simply teach how to resolve, they resolve and after teach how they done. They are simply amazing and I should recommend for everyone!

I have used several different hosts for several different websites. While my choices are often limited to what tools I can use in the site’s creation (my site building skills are abysmal), in terms of a pure hosting experience, Arvixe provides the most affordable and capable plans available. I also enjoy the atmosphere they provide in their e-mails and presentation. It very professional, but at the same time, it is inviting and kind of feels like your a well treated guest at a lunch. A weird way of putting it certainly, but I feel it accurately describes my experience with them.

Their sales staff is also fast and helped me when I wanted to upgrade an account, they figured out my credit for money paid on an existing plan, and I was in action in about five minutes.
