I think most of user reviews are made by Arvixe staff because I can not explain so much praise. If you want the slowest hosting company in the world…choose Arvixe! Trust me, i bought a plan now (03/20/2013) because of user reviews “Arvixe is awsome, arixe is excelent…blah blah blah…”. Your website speed will be incredibly lower (by the way for an european user. I think they have very old servers. I don’t know for U.S users.

Arvixe offers so many services at such a low price that other hosts can’t mach this. The customer service is perfect, I have never had an issue that they could not resolve. Simply there is no question unanswered by arvixe support team. They helped me so much that many times i just email them to say thanks. Their support team has no match. For services I would say that they are not following their competitors perhaps. Like they should be giving everything that is required by middle size business class like me. I learned about Arvixe during a holiday sale price special. I figured not much spent, not much lost. Within minutes I was setup and within a day had my existing domain moved over and pointed to Arvixe. I’ve paid much more for far less service elsewhere. I am not an expert by any means and Arvixe support has coached me through several issues. I now have multiple domains connected to the same hosting account. I’ve been surprised that the service wasn’t discounted like the price. The tech support persons have always been easy to communicate with and don’t laugh at my lack of tech knowledge. I installed Open Cart E-Commerce Software on my domain and they assisted me through technical issues that were weren’t even their own issues. Hello, I have 2 linux shared web hosting accounts with Arvixe. One month ago I was in need of dedicated IP for 3 of my sites as some advertisers were asking for different IP sites for their ads and I was losing revenue as all sites on shared account have same IP. I send a email to customer support and they told me to fund my account with $6 and send the domain names I did same and they added 3 addons and deducted the money from my account. later in the evening I got a email that that can’t be as my hosting account was on Linux this can be done only on Windows Hosting. I started a chat with Sales department and ask them to cancel those addons as they were of no use for me and refund the money to my hosting account, but to some confusion Sales department cancel those addons and refunded the money to my friend PayPal as from Indian I cant use Paypal fund to pay anyone. Then came Adam Bryner (QA/Technical Support Manager) of Arvixe he send me a email that he will help in this and in less then one hour he solved my problem. I am so grateful to him for his support and I am generating good revenue after that from those 3 sites. Long Live Adam Bryner. Long Live Arvixe.

I have used several different hosts for several different websites. While my choices are often limited to what tools I can use in the site’s creation (my site building skills are abysmal), in terms of a pure hosting experience, Arvixe provides the most affordable and capable plans available. For 1 week of searching what is the best hosting site and I found Arvixe nonetheless Incredible! Because when i get speedy response once i have to have aid from tech support team.

I never regret why I choose Arvixe, it’s a hassle FREE! On top of that they’re pretty fast at getting things resolved. Their sales staff is also fast and helped me when I wanted to upgrade an account, they figured out my credit for money paid on an existing plan, and I was in action in about five minutes. I got this excellent level of support when I was on their least expensive, “personal” plan. I think that says it all! I have had run into no problems and have been a user for 4 months now.
